Order Terms


Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from JUST DISHIN.

All correspondence received on holidays, Saturday, or Sunday will be addressed the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. All orders are shipped from Buffalo and delivery time is based on shipping method. See below for details.

Domestic (USA)

We currently offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and 2nd Day shipping with delivery confirmation. Shipping prices are calculated using USPS and UPS real time quotes and are based on weight and destination. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. JUST DISHIN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.


We currently offer USPS First Class Mail and UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping. Pricing is calculated at checkout using USPS and UPS real time quotes and is based on weight and destination. We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, JUST DISHIN is not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise.

JUST DISHIN is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not held responsible for any customs duties or taxes issued by your respective country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. USPS First Class Mail

Standard delivery time for USPS First Class is 7-10 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get inspected by customs which delays delivery.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

Standard delivery time for UPS Worldwide Expedited is 3-4 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. UPS Worldwide Expedited is a guaranteed, reliable service for international shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that the Shipping and Billing country must match.

Return & Exchange Policy

Size exchanges and items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received. We require that customers notify matt@justdishinhockey.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process once we receive the exchange back at our warehouse. You will receive an email when we have issued a refund to your account. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.

*Already discounted merchandise that is purchased using any discount code is FINAL SALE and not available for exchange.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on JUST DISHIN, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In the event that a product you ordered becomes unavailable and will not be restocked, we will notify you immediately by email and we will not bill you for items that are not shipped. In the event that a product will be significantly delayed in delivery, we will contact you before processing your order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on justdishinhockey.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


All items are measured in inches. Width is measured from pit to pit (where sleeve opening meets body). Length is measured from high point shoulder (HPS), where the shoulder meets the neck opening to the hem (bottom of the garment). Please use the below chart for reference.


JUST DISHIN and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that JUST DISHIN shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.

Fraud Prevention

JUST DISHIN is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. As a cardholder, it is your responsibility to ensure your account is being used ethically and honestly.

Please read our Terms of Service carefully before buying anything. Do not complete your purchase unless you agree to the policies stated in our Terms of Service.

We take chargebacks seriously. If you believe fraud has transpired and plan to issue a chargeback through your credit card holder, we ask that you first contact us to see if we can remedy the situation.
