DISHIN® and SkateSkins® Collab with Warrior Hockey to Celebrate 20 Years of Innovation

Custom SkateSkins and jacquard knit sweaters included in Warrior’s 20th Anniversary wooden time capsules sent to select creators, players, and partners throughout the hockey community

Buffalo, NY – DISHIN® and SkateSkins® have partnered with Warrior Hockey to celebrate the brand’s 20th Anniversary, designing exclusive custom pieces included in handcrafted wooden “time capsules” sent to select creators, players, and partners throughout the hockey community.

Each handcrafted capsule showcased two decades of Warrior’s creativity, filled with anniversary collectibles and exclusive items celebrating the brand’s history. Inside were custom SkateSkins and jacquard knit sweaters designed by DISHIN® and SkateSkins®, along with select Warrior apparel, accessories, and commemorative pieces — a nod to the connection between hockey’s heritage and its modern culture.

Each wooden capsule also included limited-edition trading cards featuring Warrior athletes like Brad Marchand, Rasmus Dahlin, Adrian Kempe, and Leon Draisaitl, as well as a magazine-style book chronicling 20 years of Warrior’s design evolution. Rounding out the experience were custom shirts, hoodies, hats, and the exclusive DISHIN x SkateSkins pieces designed specifically for the anniversary.

This collaboration marks the first time DISHIN® and SkateSkins® have worked with Warrior, setting the stage for future projects. Next up, the teams will collaborate on content surrounding Warrior’s upcoming goalie shoot in Montreal, as well as a new retail capsule collection that will be announced later this year.

Warrior also supplied custom sticks, gloves, and gear for DISHIN’s recent New Era shoot featuring Sabres forward Tage Thompson, who uses the Warrior Novium 2 Pro stick.

The 20th anniversary arrives as Warrior prepares for the release of its first-ever ice hockey skate, the Warrior Alpha Pro, debuting at retail in 2026.
